Kata Noi beach is the smallest but the best beach,small,cosy,clean and easily reachable from Kata (15,20 minute walk from Kata beach),looks far better than Karon or Kata with hardly anyone around,yes like Kata it is little Russia out there but they make no trouble anyway.
